Voucher Terms and Conditions:

1. This voucher is only valid for the selected party purchased and cannot be used for any other party.
2. To redeem this voucher, you must book an appointment by telephone ONLY.
3. This voucher must be redeemed by the 30th March 2019 after this time the voucher will no longer be valid. However, Speedkix will do their best to fit your party after this date subject to availability.
4. The party is not booked unless you receive an email regarding dates, times, numbers from Speedkix.
5. Age restrictions may apply for some activities
6. This voucher is only valid for 1 party and to a maximum of 16 kids per party.
7. All facilities/timetables/opening hours are subject to change.
8. All children must be deemed fit to exercise and never have been told not to exercise by a medical professional.
9. The cost does not include venue hire. Although Speedkix can sometimes provide the venue at an extra cost.
10. No change will be given.
11. Vouchers are non-transferable/non-refundable.
12. This voucher has no cash value.
13. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
14. Voucher can only be used as stipulated and it cannot be exchanged for cash or used in any other way.
15. Sale of the voucher for profit is prohibited.
16. No refunds, cash alternatives or exchanges available.

This voucher is uniquely identifiable and will be checked at the establishment. This voucher can only be used once. The establishment reserves the right to refuse this voucher. If multiple copies exist this voucher will only be accepted on its first presentation. Establishment’s decision is final.

This voucher is not transferable. No change will be given. There are no refunds available. This voucher is automatically void if sold, offered for sale or if any attempt or offer is made to transfer the voucher for value.
