York Council Criticised For Joining West Yorkshire Transport Group
7:53am 3rd June 2013
Plans for York to join a billion pound West Yorkshire-led transport group are being criticised.
It's claimed plans to improve the Outer Ring Road - for a new bus terminal and park and ride schemes are less likely to happen.
Conservatives on the city council like Paul Healey say York would be better off working with North Yorkshire and the East Riding.
Labour council leader James Alexander disagrees.
