Teenager Has to Write Apology Letter to 10 Year Old Boy Set on Fire in York

A teenage boy will have to write a letter of apology to a ten year old boy who was set on fire by young people playing with aerosols and lighters.
The younger boy put out the flames by rolling in the snow.
The incident occurred in Ashton Park, York, on Tuesday 22 January 2013.
A spokesman for North Yorkshire Police said: "Officers from the local Safer Neighbourhood Team investigating the incident have interviewed a local teenage boy. In agreement with the victim and his family, the 13-year-old has been issued a Community Resolution Disposal. This requires the boy responsible for the incident to write a letter of apology to the victim and make amends.”
