Horse Box Wagon Stolen in Thirsk

Thirsk police are appealing for information after the theft of a horse box wagon.

Police report that the wagon was stolen from Thirsk Auction Mart, sometime between 11.24am and 12.50pm on Saturday 1 December 2012.

Officers add that the Leyland Daf 45 wagon is blue with a white cab and bears the registration plate N3 VDA.

Officers are appealing to anyone who witnessed the theft or has any idea where the vehicle is now, to contact them with information.

Anyone who can help officers with their enquiries is urged to contact North Yorkshire Police on 101 - select option 2 - and ask for PC Christopher Parker-Beagrie or Thirsk police.
