UK poverty levels rising before the recession

Poverty levels were on the up in the UK, 5 years before the recession hit.
That's according to York based think tank, the Joseph Rowntree Foundation, that believes the problems began back in 2004.
Their report claims unemployment and repossessions were rising from then, indicating a deep seated issue early on.
