Teen charged with Selby Burglary

A teenager has been charged with Burglary in Selby.

It's after a house was broken in to and the cars were taken too.

2 other youngsters have been arrested in connection with the crime too.

North Yorkshire Police Statement:

A 15-year-old youth has been charged with burglary and theft following a two-in-one burglary in Selby.

 

He is due to appear at York Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday 25 April 2012.

 

The charges relate to a burglary at a property on Kaye Drive, Osgoodby, Selby, overnight between 23 January and 24 January 2012.

 

During the burglary two sets of vehicle keys were taken and Ford Fiesta and Peugeot van were stolen from outside the address.

 

Another 15-year-old youth from Nottingham and an 18-year-old man from Durham were also arrested in connection with the offence. They remain on police bail.
