Rumours York based Network Rail to plead guilty

Network Rail is facing an unlimited fine, after its lawyers said the firm would plead guilty to health and safety breaches over the Grayrigg train crash.
84-year old Margaret Masson died when a train hit a faulty set of points and derailed in Cumbria in 2007.
There'll be a hearing in Preston in April.
