Pensioners in York are struggling to get to early morning hospital appointments because their consessionary bus passes have been rejected.
First York promised them they could travel before 9am, but it seems some drivers have not been honouring the deal.
York's Labour Leader David Scott knows the company has tough targets to meet, but doesn't think the elderly should be penalised.
