Man accused of Dangerous driving is in court.

A Portuguese van driver's due to enter his plea for allegedly causing the death of a North Yorkshire solider.
Joao Paulo Augusto Garcia was driving his Mercedes along the A1 near Boroughbridge in August, when he collided with a Suzuki.
23 year old, James Ashdown - who was the driver of the Suzuki and a solider based at Dishforth Airfield - was killed in the crash.
His pregnant wife, seven month old baby daughter and brother-in-law were all passengers - they suvived.
Mr Garcia is accused of causing death by dangerous driving.
Today he'll enter his plea.
