Trio in court - All charged with GBH with intent.

Three men arrested and charged with Grievous Bodily Harm (GBH) with intent, and conspiracy to commit GBH with intent, following a serious assault on 08 July 2010 in Pocklington, near York are due to appear at court on Friday 05 November 2010.
20-year-old Robert Elliott, from South Killingholme who was been remanded to prison, charged with conspiracy to commit GBH with intent,
55-year-old Alan LUMLEY, from Laceby, near Grimsby, who was charged with conspiracy to commit grievous bodily harm (GBH) with intent and 20-year-old Sean CRAIB who was charged with GBH with intent are all due to appear at Hull Crown Court on Friday 05 November for a Plea and Case Management hearing (PCMH).
The offences relate to a serious assault committed on Thursday 08 July 2010, when a 53-year-old Pocklington man was attacked outside the Yorkway Motel, The Balk in Pocklington.
