NHS count the cost of pensioner's accidents

One in three pensioners in North Yorkshire will have a serious fall over the next few months and need hospital treatment.
That's from the NHS that's estimating it's cost the British health service about 4.6 million pounds every day.
So they've launched a campaign to prevent Over 65s getting into difficulty.
This morning a 'Get Ready for Winter' event's being held in New Earswick.
