York man faces jail sentence over football violence

A man from York could face a jail sentence today for his part in the football violence that sealed of St Helen's Square.
It was in July that 36 year old Darren Leigh Cummings from Acomb was aggressive toward Hull City supporters at the Punchbowl pub.
He pleaded guilty to using insulting or threatening words and behaviour.
Magistrates have warned Cummings he could be jailed for up to six-months.
