Busy summer for RNLI

It's been the second busiest Summer of record for the Royal National Lifeboat Institution in the North of England.
620 rescues were launched in the three month from June, a 18 percent increase on 2008.
Scarborough's South Bay was the scene of 136 incidents alone, including exhausted surfers, children on inflatables and fishermen in difficulty out at sea.
