Builders fined for price fixing

More than 100 construction firms, including one in York have been fined a total of £130 million for illegal "bid rigging".
The Office of Fair Trading found the companies had colluded with competitors on building contracts across England. It led to schools and councils across the country being overcharged.
York House Construction has been fined over two hundred thousand pounds.

Office development at Lancaster Park
York Nursery at Westfield Primary School in York
Appartment Development on Speculation Street in York
Extension and refurbishment at Oaklands sports centre- York
Incubator Office Units, Colburn
