6:20am 18th September 2009

Residents in Selby are concerned that foul odores may emerge from the new anaerobic digestion plant being built in the town.

They say their are happy the site will bring jobs into the area but want reassurances about it's environmental impact.

The plant, built on the former Tate and Lyle site, will be treating over 165 thousand tonnes of food waste each year.
