Two fatal crashes on North Yorkshire's roads

A bad weekend for crashes in North Yorkshire.

Two motorcyclists, one from Halifax and the other from Lancashire, died on Sunday in a collision on the B6255 near Ribbleshead.

Then in a separate incident, there was another fatal crash on Saturday in Summerbridge near Harrogate.

One that occasion a 61 year old biker, who was from Pateley Bridge, was taken by air ambulance to Harrogate District Hospital.

He was pronounced dead a short time later. 

A 71 year old man's been arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving.
