Allegation in court that the man accused of starting the Norton Flat Fire, that killed two local trainee jockeys, was seen outside the property on the night of the blaze looking "drunk and angry".
Survivor, Christopher Crosby, has taken to the stand at Leeds Crown.
He's given evidence saying, 37 year old Brown from Brotherton was pacing up and down blaming someone else.
Jamie Kyne and Jan Wilson were killed in the blaze in September.
Brown denies murder.
