Another M-Cat case in North Yorkshire this time in Harrogate. A teenager there has collapsed after taking the drug.
The youngster was rushed to hospital and is recovering.
This latest case comes just days after Lois Waters' died in Norton. We don't know if the drug was behind her death but we do know she took the drug in the 48 hours before her death.
Detectives investigating the death said they were waiting for toxicology tests to come back - a process which could take up to three weeks. We're expecting an inquest into her death to open later.
North Yorkshire Police are re-iterating their warning that: 'Although mephedrone is currently not classified as an illegal drug, people need to know that this substance is very dangerous and it is important that anyone who has taken it contacts their local GP or hospital immediately.
The government's chief drugs adviser, Les Iversen, has indicated that his panel will recommend mephedrone be made illegal.
