Police 14

12:54pm 2nd September 2014

The man, aged 21, was hit by another man with what was believed to be a glass object, while he was on the dance floor at Kuda on Clifford Street at around 2am on Saturday 23 August 2014.

He suffered cuts to his left eye and the right side of his forehead which required stitches.

Officers are trying to trace witnesses to the assault and are keen to speak to a woman who returned the victim’s jacket to him while he was receiving treatment from paramedics outside the club.

It is believed that she may be a significant witness to the assault.
