Car Stolen During Norton Burglaries

Detectives investigating two burglaries in Norton are appealing for witnesses and information.

The first break-in occurred at a property on Scarborough Road at sometime between 1.15pm and 8pm on Monday 2 June 2014. Thieves forced entry to the house through the back door.

It is not believed anything was taken during the burglary.

The second burglary officers are investigating occurred on Langton Road at sometime between 5.30pm and 6pm on Monday 2 June 2014. Offenders got into the property through an insecure door and took the keys to a silver Peugeot 307 before leaving the premises in the vehicle.

Officers are appealing to anyone with information about either incident to get in touch.
