For the first time, Minster FM can reveal the full list of streets patrolled by York Council's controversial camera car.

It comes as we can exclusively reveal 504 drivers have been fined by the car in it's first two months of operation.

Originally, the car was promoted as a device to tackle bad parking around schools. Despite being used for that it is now also being used to tackle illegal parking across the city, issuing £70 fines to each motorist caught by the camera car.

But Janet Looker from York Council says that if the council did not take action, it would face complaints from other people in the city for not tackling illegal parking.
