The multi-million pound redevelopment of the Terrys site in York is back up for discussion.
Developers want to build new homes, shops and restaurants there - but the key concern is traffic.
The originally plans were rejected last year - so this is round two for the contractors.
Councillors are voicing their concerns over the Terry's development in York.
They're attending a meeting to say, contractors have seriously underestimated the impact of more traffic. Julie Gunnell represents the Micklegate Ward, which is at the heart of the development.
She wants the council to impose tougher monitoring conditions on the contractors, so any longterm mistakes are at their expenses.
