Range Rover Stolen from Village Near Easingwold

North Yorkshire Police is investigating the theft of a Range Rover from a rural village north west of Easingwold.

The incident occurred at Pilmoor between 7.30pm and midnight on Friday 17 January 2014.

The offenders broke into the semi-detached house and obtained the key to the blue Range Rover HSE TD6 before making off in the vehicle. Various electrical goods, including a TV, a laptop computer and a mobile phone, were also taken.

Extensive police enquiries are ongoing to locate the stolen vehicle and identify the suspects.

Residents in the area and people across the region are urged to come forward with any information which could assist officers with their enquiries.

In particular, they are appealing for sightings of the stolen blue Range Rover or possible suspicious vehicles or individuals in the area.
