Police Hunt Acklam Milk Thieves

1:16pm 7th January 2014

Malton police are investigating the theft of milk from houses near the town.

It was taken from the doorsteps of at least three houses in Acklam, in the early hours of Friday 13 December 2013, having been delivered at around 3am, say officers.

PC Emma Collins, of Malton Safer Neighbourhood Team, said: "If you have any information which could help to identify the thieves, I urge you to get in touch as soon as possible.

"I am also keen to speak to anyone else in the area who has been the victim of a similar crime and has not yet reported it to the police and ask that they get in touch."

Anyone who can assist with this investigation should contact Malton police on 101, select option 2 and ask for Emma Collins. Alternatively, information can be emailed to emma.collins@northyorkshire.pnn.police.uk.

Or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111, quoting reference number 12130215266.
