7:48am 23rd September 2013
Legal action begins today by campaigners hoping to bury King Richard the Third in York.
A judicial review is taking place into the process which decided the king should stay in Leicester and not York.
It's believed Richard wanted to be laid to rest here and a petition calling for that has more than thirty-thousand signatures.
The petition to bring King Richard III back to York closes tomorrow. There is also a petition to reinter Richard III in Leicester
