Police Investigate Hambleton Burglary and BMW Theft

Selby police are appealing for information after a 2-in-1 burglary near the town.
It happened between 11.30pm on Saturday 10 August and 8am on Sunday 11 August 2013, from a house on Garth Lane, Hambleton, say officers.
North Yorkshire Police add that the burglars broke into the property before stealing the keys to a silver BMW 320D, registration number YJ13RVE. They add that thieves also stole an Apple iPad and a Sony laptop computer.
DC Warren Peters, of Selby CID, said: “if you know anything about this burglary I ask that you come forward and contact the police straight away.
“I am particularly keen to speak to anyone who has seen the BMW since it was stolen and urge them to get in touch.”
