Almost ten years after winning X Factor, there are exciting times for Shayne Ward. He's just started filming for Coronation Street in which he's playing Michelle Connor's cousin, Aidan. Plus he's got a new single out called The Way You Were.
I caught up with him to find out more...
And you can check out his new song here...

I caught up with the one and only David Gest...
He's hosting a massive show at the York Barbican in September featuring some of the biggest names in music from across the years. Find out more by clicking here.
You may have heard my interview with him on air in which he talks about the show, his life, as well as talking frankly and openly about his friend Michael Jackson.
However for broadcast, we had to edit out a heck of a lot which wouldn't have been suitable for daytime radio. So if you want to hear the full interview, click the player below.
Be warned, it contains adult subjects and is very rude in places. If you're easily offended, please don't listen!

With the York Festival of Food and Drink on this week, I thought I could do with brushing up on my culinary skills, so I spent a morning at Caffe Del Opera 3 on King Street in York for an Italian Cookery Masterclass.
Their style of food is very much based on authentic Italian and Sardinian cuisine, with a commitment to using the freshest and best quality ingredients.
Head chef, Salvatore showed me the ropes and got me cooking some amazing dishes... although there were one or two mishaps on the way (on my part).
Listen out every afternoon between 3 and 4pm to find out how I got on.

X Factor star, James Michael, joined me on the show on Wednesday afternoon...
You may remember James made it through to the live shows in 2011 - the same year as Marcus Collins and Little Mix. He's got a great new single out called How Does It Feel.
