This new state of the art facility has all the latest equipment from Life Fitness, with integrated TVs and iPod docking stations on every piece of cardio equipment.

With Fitlinxx, your electronic personal trainer, it allows all our members to have their personal programme automatically linked to every piece of equipment. It’s so easy to get started!

In our 3 spacious studios we hold up to 80 classes a week ranging from the Body Training System classes, spinning, aerobics, yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates and many more.

We also run a range of junior sessions from ages 5 to 15 and have a full day nursery and crèche.

Relax in our 20 metre swimming pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi and then indulge yourself with a hair or beauty treatment before refuelling in our Costa coffee lounge.

We have ample free car parking and a bus route very close by, our friendly and committed staff will be on hand to ensure you meet all your health & fitness goals so don’t hesitate to visit the club for a look around.
