Buying a Voucher

Here at Minster FM we've tried to make buying a voucher as easy as possible.

• Once you have found the voucher of your choice on this page click the "Buy Now" button
• You will then need to login or create an account
• Once registered you will need to verify your email address by clicking on the link in the email we send you.
• Once registered and verified you will see a button at the bottom of the sample voucher: "Purchase Voucher"
• You will then be prompted to enter your credit card and address details
• Your bank may ask you for some information - sort of like an online pin code
• Once the transaction is complete you will see your purchased voucher and a button: "Print Voucher"
• Purchase complete

Please note:

Your credit card or bank statement may show the purchase as being from "itsmymarket.com". itsmymarket.com is our sister company and runs the voucher payment process on our behalf.

Each voucher is uniquely identifiable and will be checked at the establishment. Vouchers can only be used once. The establishment reserves the right to refuse any voucher. If multiple copies exist vouchers will only be accepted on its first presentation. Establishments decision is final.

I don't have a printer!

If you don't have access to a printer then don't worry you can still buy one...Once you have made your purchase just get in touch with us below and let us know what the situation is and we'll print it for you. You can then visit us here at Minster FM to pick it up or we can post it to you.

My voucher didn't print!

Sometimes printers have a mind of their own and decide to eat the paper they are printing onto.

Get in touch with us below, we'll reset your account for you and once you've logged back in you will have access to print your voucher again.

Bank Statement

Your bank or credit card statement will suggest that your payment is to "itsmymarket.com". itsmymarket.com is one of our sister companies and handles the payment process for these vouchers on our behalf.

I can't buy online?!

Our systems use the very latest security to ensure your data and credit card details remain safe.

If you are unable to purchase online due to not having internet or computer access then you can call us on 01904 488888 and we will help you out. As our system is an internet only system so you will have to come into Minster FM and pay in cash while you are with us. Unfortunately we can't offer this service over the telephone.
