Police Investigate Assault In Catterick Bar

Catterick police are appealing for information following an assault in the town.
It happened at around 3am on Friday 24 May 2013, in Bar Louis, Kitchener Road, when police say a man was hit with a bottle.
Officers say that as a result of the assault a 19-year-old man from Preston, suffered a cut to the back of his head. He was taken to the Friarage hospital in Northallerton, where he was treated before being released.
North Yorkshire Police say that a 21-year-old man from Stafford, who was arrested on suspicion of wounding has been released on bail to allow for further police enquiries.
PC Wendy King, of Catterick Safer Neighbourhood Team, said: "This was a nasty incident which left the victim needing treatment in hospital.
"I urge anyone who was in Bar Louis at the time to come forward and contact the police as they may have information that could help my investigation."
