Trailer Stolen In Farm Break-In

Police are appealing for witnesses following a burglary at an isolated farm near Thirsk.

An Ifor Williams trailer, a steam cleaner and a selection of power tools were stolen during the break-in at a workshop on Southland Farm, in Dalton, sometime between 5pm on 26 April and 9am on 29 April 2013, say police.

They add that the stolen trailer bears the registration number K900 MRB.

Officers are appealing to anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area over the weekend, to contact them with information.

Anyone who can help officers with their enquiries is urged to contact North Yorkshire Police on 101 – select option 2 – and ask for PC Quita Passmore.
