North Yorkshire Police say it occurred between 5.55pm and 6.30pm on Tuesday 22 January 2013, from a garage of a house on Kelfield Road, Riccall,

Officers say the thieves stole a Giant TCR road bicycle, a mig welder and various items of motorcycle clothing, including a helmet, leathers, gloves and boots.

PC Lee Smith, of Selby Safer Neighbourhood Team, said: “If you know who is responsible for this burglary and theft please contact the police or Crimestoppers as soon as possible.

“I would also like to speak to anyone who may have been offered any of the items for sale and ask that they get in touch.”

Police are asking anyone who can assist with this enquiry should contact Selby police on 101, select option 2 and ask for Lee Smith. Alternatively information can be emailed to lee.smith@northyorkshire.pnn.police.uk.
