Calls For Fairer Health Funding in North Yorkshire

A group of North Yorkshire MPs is arguing for action to make health funding fairer for the county.
The debt of NHS North Yorkshire and York recently fell from 19-million pounds to 12-million.
But there are fears over how much money new groups of GPs will get to run health services when they take over in April.
York Outer MP Julian Sturdy says there needs to be a long term fix to a funding formula which doesn't take account of North Yorkshire's aging population.
