The arrested people include three men, one aged 22 from Manchester, two aged 23 and 43 of no fixed address, and a woman aged 18 from Manchester.

The two men aged 23 and 43 have been charged with cannabis production and using electricity without authority. They were remanded in custody to appear to appear at York Magistrates’ Court today.
