More support for teenagers in York

A shake up of the education system is up for discussion in York.
It would see more vocational training - moving away from GCSE'S and A levels.It's a move that'll support teenagers staying in education up until the age of 17 from 2013, and up to 18 two years later.
If approved the City of York Council would be given an extra 22 million pounds to manage post 16 education
