More People Die of Cold in York, Harrogate and Ryedale

New figures show more people are dying of cold in York, Harrogate and Ryedale.
The stats from 2010/11 show a rise on the previous winter, but there was a fall in the East Riding and no change in Selby or Hambleton.
James Player from Age UK York tells us why he thinks it's happening.
