The Ning Malaysian Restaurant on Tower Street was inundated with waist high water this time last week.

The clean up operation has taken its time because everything that the contaminated water touched had to be
replaced..

Owner Andy Spracken (Pictured) says it's a race against time to be ready by Friday evening.

It's so tight that the carpet is being laid an hour or so before doors open.
