The company behind the Malton Food Lovers Festival says it's got exciting plans for next May after
securing the appointment of a new Director , poached from York.
Debbie Waite has been running the successful York Food and Drink Festival for 12 years.
She moves to Malton next week.
She says there is huge potential in Ryedale and hopes to bring together food producers and tourism attractions to grow the business further.
