York needs realistic targets to tackle climate change

Just days before a UN Climate Change Conference gets underway in Copenhagen, York's Council Leader has spoken out about the need for realistic goals to be set.
Andrew Waller attended a Climate Change debate in York last week and was called upon to cut carbon emissions.
Member of Friends of the Earth want the council to reduce them by 40% by 2020.
Andrew's told Minster FM the authority's on track, but he's taking their targets one year at a time.
