They'll climb Pen y ghent followed by Whernside and Ingleborough before returning to Horton in Ribblesdale within 12 hours.
The trek is 26 miles of what the group have described "foot mashing torture."
Organiser Chris Mason's told Minster FM on completion of the chellenge they'll be retreating to the pub to nurse their wounds and have a well earned drink.
Two of the group, Chris and his son Tom, are taking on the Mongolia Rally in July.
