Man charged with attempted murder after shooting

A man has now been charged with attempted murder after a shooting in North Yorkshire.
The 28 year old man is going to be appearing in front of Scarborough Magistrates court later.
He's also been charged with having a shotgun with intent to endanger life.
The man who was shot in the leg over the weekend has now been sent home from hosptial.
Two other arrested have been made, a woman was released with out charged while another man is out on bail.

Update 7.15pm Wednesday 25 April 2012:
The 28-year-old man who was arrested on 24 April 2012 on suspicion of attempted murder following a shooting incident in Eastfield, has tonight been charged with two offences, one of attempted murder and one of possessing a shotgun with intent to endanger life.
He has been remanded in custody to appear at Scarborough Magistrates' Court this morning.
