Pair sentenced for manslaughter in North Yorkshire
5:42am 13th November 2009
A coach company boss and a driver will be sentenced today for manslaughter - after a crash in North Yorkshire killed a married couple and orphaned their son.
Robert Oughten was driving the vehicle which smahed into the car on the A61 near Scarborough back in September.
Both Oughten and his manager John Lote pleaded guilty to Manslaughter - mainly because the coach was not in a roadworth condition.
Both are due to appear at Leeds Crown.
