Theft of gas cylinders in Ryedale

Appeal for information following Gate Helmsley burglary.
North Yorkshire Police Statement:
Police are appealing for the public's assistance following the theft of gas cylinders in Ryedale.
The burglary occurred between 6pm and 11pm on Friday 20 January 2012, from the BATA site in Gate Helmsley.
The thieves stole 21 propane gas cylinders and 23 Calor gas cylinders. They also took 69 rolls of barbed wire, 130 rolls of fencing wire and pig and rabbit netting.
PC Gareth Gummerson, of Malton Safer Neighbourhood Team, said:
"I appealing to anyone who has information about this theft to come forward as soon as possible.
"I am particularly keen to speak with anyone who may have been offered any of the stolen items or knows where they have been stored following the burglary."
