TA troops prepare for Afghanistan

The number of British troops who have died in Afghanistan has nearly reached 400.
TA soldiers who work across the North East, Yorkshire and Humber have just landed in Camp Bastion for their tour of duty.
They're NHS professionals who'll be working in the hospital treating hundreds of severely injured servicemen and woman from the front line.
Before leaving, 201 Field Hospital Squadron were put there paces during an exercise at Strensall Barracks.
It's based on a real life scenario from the front line.
Some of the actors were amputees who had served in the force, but the other injuries were created through a make-up artist.
But as a warning, it looks realistic.
