Decision on repair work in York
5:51am 6th November 2009
The City of York Council will decided whether to fund desperate repair work to Lendal Boatyard later.
Following the sudden collapse of an underwater section of the slipway, boats can't enter or exit the River Ouse.
The work is expected to cost in the region of £160,000.
Council Leader Andrew Waller will make the final ruling at an Executive Decision Session this afternoon.
