Stolen quad bike in Selby

Selby police are appealing for the public’s help to locate a stolen quad bike.
The red and black 250cc Suzuki Runner was stolen from a property on West Bank, Carlton, sometime between 11.30am and 12.45pm on Friday 11th November 2011.
The quad, which is valued at £1200, was parked behind closed gates at the house.
Police are appealing to anyone who knows where the bike is, to come forward with information.
PC Sally Smith, of Selby police, said: “Obviously the owners of the quad bike are very upset that it has been stolen and I am hoping that the public can help us find it and so we can return it to them.
“The quad has a few distinguishing features which may help to identify it, including a partially missing rear mudguard and a broken seat.
“If anyone knows where the quad bike is or has been offered it for sale, please contact the police or Crimestoppers.”
