A narrative verdict into Catterick crash

A coroner's ruled three men, killed when their military Puma helicopter
crashed near Caatterick Garrison, were attempting flying manoeuvres beyond their capabilities.
In a narrative verdict, Geoff Fell said the crash happened against a background of "deteriorating administration, airmanship and discipline".
Flight Lieutenant David Sale, Sergeant Philip Burfoot and Private Sean Tait died during a training flight near in North Yorkshire in August 2007.
