Traffic Sergeant Neil Campbell:

"I am appealing to both motorcyclists to come forward without further delay as I believe that they may have vital information about the collision.

"I am also asking that anybody, including members of the biking community, who recognises either of them to contact North Yorkshire Police straight away or pass information to Crimestoppers anonymously.

"As well as releasing the images we are also following a number of other lines of enquiry to identify the riders involved in the hit-and-run collision."

The 74 year old woman who was knocked down and injured in this incident was released from hospital on Monday 30 and is making a good recovery at her home in Warwickshire.
