Justice for York motel owner

56 year old Alan Lumley paid 21 year old Sean Craib to carry out a brutal attack on Michael Brown.
He's the manager of the Yorkway Motel in Pocklington.
Mr Brown was struck once in the face with a baseball bat, leaving him with horrific facial injuries and blinding him in one eye in July 2010.
Lumley was sentenced to seven years and Craib to eight after they pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit GBH.
A third man, 20 year old Robert Elliott, who was paid by Craib to act as a getaway driver, was sentenced to two years in a young offenders insitution.
He admitted to inflicting GBH after previously being acquited of conspiracy to commit GBH with intent.
