Killer sues prison with tax payers money.

There's anger this morning after its revealed a convicted murderer, who killed a man in Yorkshire is sueing the prison service
And to add insult to injury he's been granted legal aid which will be paid for by the tax payer.
Ex US marine David Bieber, who's 45 shot dead PC Ian Broadhurst in Leeds during 2003.
He claims his status as a Category A prisoner, which restricts his movements within the jail is a breach of his human rights.
He's been granted 12 grand and a judicial review at the High Court later this year.
